Summer Camp at the International Wildlife Museum is packed full of fun activities to keep your child active, learning and COOL since most of our activities are held indoors! Each camp has weekly themes which include crafts, games, science experiments, live animal encounters, hands-on activities, museum explorations and more. See weekly themes below!

Each camp runs 9am-3pm each day. See dates and ages in schedule below.
Each camp is limited to 15 students. Campers are asked to bring a lunch, two snacks and a water bottle each day.

Museum Member Price: $195 for the week (May 30- June 2 camp is a 4-day camp and the price is $152; July 5-7 camp is a 3-day camp and the price is $109)
Current Museum Members: Use code SUMMER23 during checkout for the discounted price.
Non-Member Price: $215 for the week (May 30- June 2 camp is a 4-day camp and the price is $172; July 5-7 camp is a 3-day camp and the price is $129)

Once you have completed your purchase, a registration form to complete with your child’s info will be emailed to you. Please fill out one form per child. If your child is attending multiple camps, only 1 form needs to be filled out.

Not a museum member and want to save? You can purchase a membership at the same time when you register for camp and apply the membership discount! Members also receive free museum admission throughout the year, including most special events and a discount in the gift shop.

 You will be sent a registration form to complete with your child’s info once you have purchased your registration.

 

Meet the Lead Instructors!

Hello! My name is Amy and I have been working at IWM for 16 years and have instructed Summer Camp every one of those years! I enjoy working with kids and teaching them about wildlife, habitats, conservation and adaptations through fun, hands-on activities, and of course our live animal collection. We love to have fun at summer camp playing games, getting messy with science and art (so don’t wear your best clothes!) all while getting some learning in there! In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and two kids, ages 6 and 4 years old, who also love coming to camp! We keep busy with Little League, volunteering at their school and spending a lot of time with family and friends. We also have two dogs and three turtles, and I love horseback riding, even though we don’t have horses (yet!).
